
1. Terms
All terms are either relevant per week or per short break. The usual time of change over is from 4pm (subject to unavoidable delays). Departure time will be no later than 10am. You are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. Prices include VAT at 20% and subject to change if the tax rates change.
2. Booking
Your booking will only become legally binding once the initial payment has been received.
3. Single Sex Bookings
Single sex party bookings are open to negotiation with prior appointment, however, the management reserve the right to refuse any bookings. The ages of all concerned must be given at the point of booking. If any given information is incorrect on the day of arrival, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation.
4. Payment
Your balance-of-hire-money is due and payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday start date, you pay the full monies when you make your bookings.
5. Size of party
Under no circumstances shall the party exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home. Children and babies are counted within the total number.
6. Ages
Where more than half of the party are aged between 17 and 25, and are not accompanied by parents, the management reserve the right to refuse the bookings.*
7. Accommodation
Upon departure all holiday homes must be left clean and tidy. You are responsible for any damage done during your stay. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation under special circumstances or emergencies.
8. Hot Tub
On arrival a party member is required to read our list of guidelines for the usage of the hot tub and to sign a disclaimer on behalf of themselves and the other party members, that they have understood and agreed to follow these guidelines.
9. Pets
Pets are welcome on our site, however, please can you make clear your intentions prior to bookings. The management reserve the right to refuse admission. A charge of £30 per pet per week will be charged (not including guide dogs). No more than 1 pet per holiday home. At no point are pets allowed on any bedding or furniture. Dogs must be kept on a tight lead at all times when walking around the premises. It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet. Pets must not be left unattended in accommodation or elsewhere.**
10. Linen
We provide sheets, pillow cases, towels, duvets and covers. We do not provide any other bathroom or kitchen requisites.
11. Cancellations
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are compelled to cancel your holiday, confirmation must be sent by post. We reserve the right to withhold any payments for cancellations made less than 20 days prior to arrival however circumstances will be considered.
12. Minors
Bookings can only be made by those over the age of 18. Children must be supervised at all times.
13. Availability
The contract is made on the understanding that the holiday home will be placed at your disposal on the dates stated. If this is not possible due to circumstances out of our control, we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative holiday home. In this case we will refund all monies paid but you will have no further claim against the company. In the interest of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to alter or delete any amenities or facilities either advertised or previously available without prior notice.
14. Disability Facilities
At present, there are no facilities to cater for wheelchair bound persons.
15. Allergies
If any of the party suffers from particular allergies, please advise at the point of bookings.
16. Behaviour
Under no circumstances are you to be noisy, offensive, or likely to cause any harm or nuisance to other guests, staff or property on site. Management reserve the right to ask you to leave if you behave inappropriately with no refund offered.
17. Vehicles and other Personal Possessions
Your vehicles, accessories and contents are brought onto the site at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your property bought onto the park or left in holiday homes.
18. Queries and Complaints
Reception must be notified during the course of your stay of any such matter inhibiting your enjoyment during your holiday so that remedial action (if appropriate) can be taken. We are not liable for any matter not brought to our attention during your stay. Any complaints must be made known within 14 days of your departure date, otherwise, it will not be considered.
19. Our liability
Our liability to you is limited to the cost of your holiday.
20. Brochure Accuracy
While every care has been taken to ensure that all information given is accurate, we cannot be held responsible for any errors. We hold no responsibility to you for any unforeseen events or matters over which we have no control.
* You may be required to supply a security deposit of up to £100. This amount is fully refundable upon departure if no damage has been made to your accommodation.
**In the interest of visitor safety and following government legislation, the following dogs are not allowed on our park - American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fuila Brasilerio and Dogo Argentino.
